AGC Marina in Seattle?

Anyone with knowledge of AGC Marina in Seattle? Wanted to know what the word on the street was on that location? Thx in advance!

Southwest corner of lake Union. So inside the locks. Pretty sweet location otherwise. Lots of action down there. Kenmore air is right there. Restaurants etc. probably not the cheapest.

The pro’s, fresh water, good neighborhood, good access from the suburbs, very protected, easy access to lake.

Con’s, must transit the locks, parking can be limited.
