Folks we have a large hundred acrylic chart cover on the mates side. It has cracked and we would like to replace. Any idea where I could find a replacement

Find a local plastics shop. Take the old one in and they can use it as a pattern.

Even Home Depot has acrylic in sheets up to 4'x8' in several thicknesses. You'd have to cut the final dimension yourself but that's pretty easy.

If you have a router you can use a patterning bit and use the old piece as a template. Very easy to do if you have a router. Be careful drilling acrylics, they can crack easily. I use plexiglass drill bits.

Will do the Comodave option and hire a pro. I would crack it or cut my finger off.

I used to use a local shop in Tucson. They could fabricate just about anything in plastic. A flat would be easy for most shops. Have them drill all the necessary holes for you while they are at it.

Thanks I could a local place and will drop by this week.
