Boat back from the yard. Nice work done by the yard . However.... Three days after my return I opened the new ball valve that now drains the swim platform into the bilge. To my horror I had about 10 gallons of water drain out of my swim step. I let it drain and closed it off. Let it sit 24 hours and opened the valve again and about a gallon plus drained out. So the initial leak is still there and not the seal on the platform top.
Called the boat yard. They told me to bring the boat back and they will pull the top no charge while in the water and watch for where she is leaking. Only options are the 4 bolts holding the zinc plate or a trim tab ram/actuator seal.
The thru hull ball valve combo is a winner for draining the platform

i believe i read that the trim tab ram plates in the pockets of the platform-top end- were the original leakage issue. Good luck. Having the yard stand by the work is great. Sucks to have it go on and on. But you'll get it.

Hopefully they will get it right this time…

Not their fault. No one took the rams apart. No reason to. They’ll leave it in the water open for a few days and watch for leaks.
