30’ 2004 Cape Classic Flybridge Cruiser by North Sea

We are about to make an offer on a 2004 30’ Cape Classic Flybridge Cruiser by the Canadian builder North Sea. It appears to be a good downeast boat, but we can find only one other like it online and not much information. I don’t believe the builder is still in business. Any knowledge or advice would be welcome! Thanks

No first hand knowledge, but a friend owned one for a few years. Nice looking down east design, IIRC they only built a handful of boats - maybe 10-15?
