Helmsman-Owners 2024 Rendezvous
Event Dates
Rendezvous: Sept 25th - 29th
Optional Cruising Tour, Sucia Island Sept 29th – Oct1st
Schedule Highlights
Optional Days, (group activities, local tours, games, fishing/crabbing, relaxing etc)
Sept 25th (Wednesday): Optional day with complimentary Wed slip for those staying until Sunday. Activities and social events in the afternoon.
Sept 26th (Thursday): Optional day activities (9 am to 3 pm) and Helmsman Club discussions (4 pm to 5 pm).
Main Event Days (Helmsman topics, presentations, group activities)
Sept 27th (Friday): Main event with activities, Helmsman topics, presentations, External Guest presentations, and discussions on first years of ownership and best practices, followed by a potluck
Sept 28th (Saturday): Helmsman presentations, discussions on owner’s “best options,” modifications (hacks), and a trawler crawl walk in the afternoon, followed by a group dinner.
Optional Group sail to Sucia Marine Park (Group Tour)
Sept 29th-Oct 1st (Sun-Tues): Departure with an optional 2-night group for gunkholing, Crab, kayak, beach walk, Gelogic exploration, Potluck storytelling, campfires, and star gazing.

Vessel Owners and On-order owners:
Current Helmsman boat owners: Enjoy optional days, main events, plus join us on a cruise to Sucia.
Helmsman owners flying or driving in: Welcome for optional days and the core main event. Fall discounts on hotel reservations are available.
Future Helmsman owners “on-order”: Join the main events on Friday and Saturday to learn about managing your vessel and hear tips from other owners.
