2008 Mainship 400 Logo on Cabin

Does anyone know if it is possible to get new Mainship lettering for the port and starboard side of the cabin? The chrome is worn out; letters are coming off and domed lettering in that font is not available.

I'd take it to a vinyl letter fabricator/cutter and have them create a new one for you. No, it might not be reflective, and might not be 3d letters, but almost nobody will notice. These are the same folks that will make custom boat names for boats.

Mine aren't in great shape, either, and I can cut vinyl. It's been on my list to get them off of there. I'm not a huge fan of badges on cars, etc, but I'm betting that there will be some fading and ghosting of the urethane letters, so I'm planning on replacing them. If I get them off this spring and there's any difference in the color, I'll probably go through the process of making a vinyl replacement. I can keep you updated on that if you want? I imagine others would probably benefit from such a project, too...

I had stainless lettering done from Amazon
It was under street signs

Check Etsy, as I see listings for 3-D lettering, several showing examples for boats. Even if it’s not exact, might get a design that’s close. Even Amazon appears to have some lettering that looks pretty good.

What I did was go to the Boat US decal site. You can order lettering that is almost identical to the original and its cheap and durable. The factory lettering is just glued on to the boat. It comes off easily.
