2003 MS 390 Windshield Gasket Replacement

My salon windowshield in front of helm was leaking. About 2 years ago I used some silicone under the lip of the gasket for a quick fix. It worked. I think its time for a long term fix. How easy is it to replace gaskets? Can someone walk me through the basic steps to replace them. I will likely replace the gaskets in all 3 windows. Where are the gaskets purchased? Thanks for your help!

Front windshield gasket replacements

I own a 2007 MS30 Pilot II and have the same gasket replacement project. Our windshield frames seem to be similar. Attached is a cross section image of my old windshield gasket with not so exact measurements. If the same as yours, and you found a replacement, I would appreciate hearing back with your recommendations.
