So you'll have $300+ in an engine, while pretty, has an intrinsic value only. You might see if there is a tech school that would take it, do the work, and let them sell it. When it runs correctly, you can remove the starter, spin the flywheel with hand pressure and it'll start. It would make a great small lake trolling engine--maybe they could get a couple hundred bucks back
