We have a 10000 btu unit that runs perfectly for 23 minutes. It then shuts off and soon trips the 30 amp input breaker. If you let it set it will do the same thing all over again. I had an a-c technician look at it and he just said it was too old! It appears something heats up...compressor...

Just for info...Summertime has a unit under the steering console dedicated to the stateroom and it appears to work fine. We have not had to use it in high heat and humidity however.

Just an update, Darcy and I purchased Kadey Krogen Manatee Summertime in December. We will living and cruising full time on her. Currently on west cost of Florida . Will be heading towards Maine starting in March. Wally and Darcy Campbell

My wife and I just took 2 classes at SWFY. The captain instructor was great and both learned a lot . Would highly recommend to anyone.

Any input to this engine. According to data sheet on Boatdiesel it is a non commercial use engine and annual usage on 300 hrs.

There is a 40' Island Trader/ Marine Trader up for sale. It does not look like any Marine Trader I have seen. Does anyone have and info on a Island Trader, where it was made etc.
