I am looking for a 12v exhaust fan to exhaust the battery compartment. Since it will run anytime the charger is in operation, sound is of utmost importance. Looking for suggestions as to a quiet fan….my existing bilge blowers sound like jet engines!

We have a 10000 btu unit that runs perfectly for 23 minutes. It then shuts off and soon trips the 30 amp input breaker. If you let it set it will do the same thing all over again. I had an a-c technician look at it and he just said it was too old! It appears something heats up...compressor...

Just for info...Summertime has a unit under the steering console dedicated to the stateroom and it appears to work fine. We have not had to use it in high heat and humidity however.

Just an update, Darcy and I purchased Kadey Krogen Manatee Summertime in December. We will living and cruising full time on her. Currently on west cost of Florida . Will be heading towards Maine starting in March.
