    A Third Rudder

    This is on a 46' Classic in S. Florida. New owner said according to PO it helps a lot. Don't know if the Prop Speed will work on the rudder and trim tabs though.

    A Riviera 445 I manage has started showing a "low ac" message on the salon air conditioning (marine aire) unit's control. C-zone shows 1 leg of 220v 50A coming down to 108vac. Shore power cord tests at 118vac both legs. While on ships power no error message. What am I missing, where to start...

    Has anyone removed this seemingly useless picture window? I know its function as a terminal case, but every run seems to have another terminal block elsewhere.     3208 Starter

    Anyone have any experience with aftermarket starters? Local Cat dealer wants over $600 for a re-manufactured starter with a core exchange.:eek: Google search shows up with $300 range results. Anyone? P.S. Probably should have put this in "General Discussion" but don't know how to move it.

    Twin Disc trany

    My stb. transmission seems to be slow to go into reverse.(2seconds +-). Oil level is good, they go into fwd quickly. Is this normal. Someone told me that mfg. allows up to three seconds for reverse to engage. True?
