As to the question or purchasing a boat in Canada and taking it back to the USA, you can go to Canada purchase a vessel and shipper it back to the USA. What taxes you would have to pay check with a boat broker. Or you could purchase my 42 foot Monk that is currently berthed in Fort Lauderdale...
