San Blas isn't that bad really. I've been a few times. I think it would be pretty easy on a trawler with a 1500 mile range. Last time I was down there I met and made friends with a couple on a KK42. We had a blast. They didn't have any trouble getting there and back.

On provisioning day if you buy already cooled stuff or throw a bag of ice in with the groceries it can help a lot. If that isn't possible, try to shop at night so stuff doesn't heat up on the way home.

I'd really like to see a price on this. It looks like a functional boat in good mechanical condition but the fit and finish are amateur and one off custom. I have no idea how to value such a thing and I don't want to just "make an offer". You might not know what the boat is worth either...

I hear you 100% on this. We had similar experiences on the boat vs RV. RV people that I met were typically the kind that go out for a weekend or a week here and there and not the type that do it as a lifestyle. Most boat people are trying to live the lifestyle. Makes for a huge difference...
