according to what we read on other sailing forums, not very efficient, and not worth a classic propeller system

the main problem is mainly the color : if your propeller turns pink or even red, that's serious! it becomes brittle and the slightest shock on a piece of wood, a chain or a rope, and it may break clean. propeller turned pink/red means poor anodic protection ... ./;

we manage to find on the net the procedures for reprogramming oneself, but there for this furuno, I dont know ...
