I use Boat Command https://boatcommand.com/ It can be configured for various inputs including motion detectors and sirens. Has 2 bilge inputs, GPS anchor alarm / tracking, temperature & voltage. Communicates via G3 cellular. About $80 / year connect fees. Worth $200 in my opinion.

I'm not liveaboard yet. But I use a vented Splendide all the time. I run the generator once a week anyway - so why not use it. Clothes come out almost dry - just need to be hung up for a few hours before putting away.

You should try to get on a Bayliner 4588 or 4788. May be an older boat than you're considering now but there are great examples of well maintained 45/47 out there.

Aft cabin & aft cockpit are a tough combination especially if intended to provide boat access for the dog.
