I am considering a Mainship 40 to live aboard and do the Loop. I figure I would be on board for 2 or 3 years at least. Myself, a first mate and a medium size dog. Wouldn't mind hearing from other 40 owners on their experience with this boat.

What service, web sites, whatever, do you use to help*make your decision to make the crossing? In a slow boat the crossing can take*a while, so knowing the weather for 24 hours would help. Someone out here must have a great site they use to help make the decision.
