Just following up, I did have a clogged line from the starboard tank and supply manifold. I’m not sure why this affected the return, but everything seems to be working correctly after a three hour test run this weekend.

As suggested, the starboard supply line between the tank and manifold was blocked. This has been corrected. Vents were not blocked. Would this explain all of the return only going to the starboard tank? I guess we will go for a short test run to find out.

Oh, the cylinders were scored causing toooo much crank case pressure. We had oil leaks everywhere. The motors had 4700 hours on them.

Yes, we pulled the trans first so we could move the motor back before going up. It probably wasn’t necessary to do so. We put the new motor and trans together before we lowered them back in.

We replaced our old Grunert refrigerator system and have some of the old parts. This is from a GB 42 Classic. The fridge plate got a leak which is why we replaced it, all other parts we were working on 12/15/22. Price does not include shipping.
