Yes correct, located in Australia, so SE Asia works well geographically.

Thanks everyone for the above replies. I do have to agree with you MAKO, I have not been able to get a reply out of a Vietnamese ship yard and I see this already as being problematic . Perhaps the Philippines might be a better option
