I'm betting your leak is forward of the mid bilge and drains to the middle when you are underway and on plane.

I have high exhaust temps in #6 and some knocking in #5. The engine has 1600 hours and I was told that the injectors should have been serviced at 1400 which wasn't done. The engine was checked at about 1450 and there were no problems.

I have checked out the Seaboard Marine website. But thanks. I was hoping for some first hand user experience.

with Bosch injectors in a Cummins 6BTA 5.9 (good? bad?). I am looking to replace injectors and can get the Bosch about $50 cheaper per injector. I have heard that some Cummins brand products have been developing cracks after relatively low hours.

I have two depth sounders. One with no offset and one with offset for bottom to bottom. The one with no offset shows in a data box on my chart plotter that lets me compare against chart depth. Best of both worlds. If I only had one it would show amount of water under the keel.
