Have you considered the Cummins 6BT? You can get factory re-manufactured ones that are basically new engines with mechanical fuel injection. They have a high displacement per HP and parts are cheap (they threw millions of these in trucks over the years).

I just bought a pumpalarm from pumpalarm.com for $200 + $30 a year for cellular service. It's just providing a high water alarm and a low temp sensor which isn't nearly as good as this looks to be. Does this do everything in one device or are there additional modules to purchase?
