After searching since August '20 making offers and subsequently rejecting 4 boats prior (the stories I can write) we are new owners of a 2001 Maxum 4100 SCA. I know it's not a Trawler but a Motor Yacht but the systems are the same. We are located in Seal Beach and the boat is in Alameda 377 NM's away. We are targeting the 1st week of February to motor the boat south, weather permitting, enabling a great opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the boat during the 37 or so hour journey. Unknowingly, many of you provided valuable insight since we joined in October, thank you!
