Kit is absolutely correct. Vancouver Island has been somewhat spared from the ravages of covid vs the rest of the country, but all precautions must continue to be adhered to.
However, Michael Roth's quest should in no way be inhibited in the sense that he is currently looking for info. The more info he has, the more informed he will be when he can finally do the onsite research.
