I'm selling my 34 Ft trawler in the spring, it's been a fresh water boat since day one , does that have any cache in the markets?

It is certainly an advertising advantage you should push, but if I were looking for a boat like yours, I would not pass up a well kept saltwater boat in favor of a boat of equal quality but higher priced just because it was freshwater kept.

Having surveyed a few thousand boats ... a fresh water boat advantage is huge.

I would... passed up many MS 34HT and trucked mine 1500 mi due to condition and fresh water history.

I agree... some visible but others not readily apparent.
Perfectly happy if others don't feel the same but I dont think I'm alone.
