If you can't find anyone give Ed at Control Masters Inc a call. He maintains my engines. He also maintains/rebuilds etc. the St John's River Pilot vessels.
Josh is the mechanic I usually get and he is awesome.
They work around JAX/St. Augustine but may be willing to go up to Brunswick if you can't find anyone.
