Albin 27 with 61hp lehman

Hello all I have a 27 albin with 61 hp engine. I saw someone talking on here before I registered about adjusting valves. Larry. I believe. I am in desperate search of someone with some know-how. I am pumping oil out my exhaust while the boat is running. Please help thanks.
