Looks like the air inlet side. You don't say which engine. Since Yanmar 6 cylinders terminate their crankcase vent right above the air filter a little oil always gets sucked into the turbo.
More importantly is what does the exhaust side look like. You have to remove an elbow or so to see inside, but well worth it. If the exhaust throat is covered with corrosion that is a sure sign of water backing up from the exhaust. To fix it you have to rework the exhaust.
