I built a hardtop to completely replace the Bimini, made it Nila core and fiberglass layup its about 10.5' long 9'wide.
I made two side supports as in pic
Didn't put top/deck on yet, it will hold three 160W panels
the top will start just in front of the mast and extend to front of the bridge
