I am not familiar with the Cats but on mine if the Racor needs filling there is a new top to the filter that has a bleed screw. So first crack the Racor bleed screw and pump filter full. Tighten Racor bleed screw and open bleed screw on first of the secondary filter, pump till it fills, tighten bleed screw and open second secondary bleed screw and pump til it is full. Tighten bleed screw on second secondary filter and start engine. Very easy and quick.
