I didn't watch past the first few minutes, so maybe I missed some clarification, but I don't believe live aboard rent for a 40' slip in MdR could be as little as $600/mo. Not even close.

Agreed. I’m slumming in Wilmington CA at the bargain rate of $500.00/mo. There is no comparison. I’d expect rent at MDR to be close to double what I’m paying.
