Has any one removed and replaced the small overhead lights in the V berth /stateroom and put in leds ? How do the overheads pull out ?

Can you just replace the bulbs? I changed all ours out with units I bought from Marinebeam.com.

The overheads are hard to pull out so that you can get at the bulbs. I broke one. Then I used a length of wire that I inserted under and around the flange and pulled it out with that which worked better.
