Swift 44 owners need your advice

Hi fellow Beneteau boaters

Looking into buying a 2013 44. What are the top issues I should look for when I do a visual inspection of it. I am planning on having a survey done on it but just off the bat do the 44 have a particular issue that needs to addressed? Something I need to ask the owner .... Was this _ _ _ _ _ fixed?

Spend some hours reading the threads right here in this forum. That is what I did. My surveyor was surprised when I found some stuff he missed.
