Medical Insurance Suggestions

I will be a passenger on a private sailing vessel going from Spain to Italy for one month starting in April. The owner is requiring that I obtain medical insurance coverage. Can you provide suggestions where I can this type of insurance to cover that type of voyage. Thanks in advance.

you might want to look into Allianz Global. I use them whenever I travel. Covers airfare, medical and emergency airlift.

I use DAN, Divers Alert Network whenever boating out of the country. Have used it the area you paln to travel and this past December crossing the Atlantic.

Make sure you get the part about flying you home.
You might not want them to drop you at the 3rd port and leaving you there to fend for yourself
