The boat is provisioned for a couple of days at the local scenic anchorage. Ready to go around 9:00 this morning.

Get up to 20 knot winds and a feels like in the 40s.

Missus isn't up yet, but I have a suspicion I won't be trying out the new forward looking sonar this weekend!

Sigh! :banghead:

Sunday and Monday look a good bit better for your area. Maybe make Sat a lay day.

First real cold front this year. Crap. It's 35F right now on our dock in SE NC. Looks like you have more wind now than we do. It's maybe 10-15kts.

Current advisory - wonder what they think will happen after 9.

Thirty degrees at 7am here in Galesville, MD. Tomorrow's forecast is for sunny skies, light winds, and temps near 60. We will be going out to a scenic anchorage for an overnight likely the last time this year.

14F predicted for the area we’re in Tues. night; 21F in the valley, where we keep the boat, so I’ve been busy winterizing In our scenic bilge. This is crazy talk for this time of year.

60F this morning south of Palatka on the St. John's. Supposed to be 72 this afternoon.

Left Ortega on Tue for a leisurely stroll down to Sanford.

7-10 ft. Seas. I’ll pass. Lol! Some of my yacht club cruisers are in Sanford now, or heading back north.

You're on the wrong side of the jet stream.

It's going to be 11C (55F) here today on BC's north coast. Unseasonably warm, but at least it's been raining off & on for the last couple weeks so the rivers might fill back up to normal after being low this spring/summer/fall.
