RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is an easy way to track updates to sites that have rapid change (like blogs, news sites and forums). basically the content is delivered to you instead of you going to look for the content.What is RSS feed!

So how do I turn it off. I get enough emails?
You can disable e-mail notifications in your user cp. Look for edit options.
You can also manage subscriptions from the same area
