Sena SPH10 headset battery

After paying $340 for a pair and using for over 2 years one of the headsets won’t keep a charge. I find that the battery is not replaceable and the factory won’t repair them. I found a thread on the web where someone replaced the battery but I can’t find the battery that was identified. Anyone replaced a battery on one of these?

The poster needs a battery for an SPH not an SMH. :blush:

Call Sena! I bet they could provide a battery and troubleshooting.

I have the competitor, Eartec, and had the same issue. The fixed it up and checked all the parts after two years dirt cheap... $30~ and works great again.
