glass broken..anyone know what needs to be done to replace one of the side sliding windows...do i need to remove frame? thanks

Can you tell us what year and type mainship and post inside and outside pictures of the window?

Different boats have different types of windows and they sometimes get replaced with different types or are the same as on different types of boats, so a non-mainship person mifht be able to help with a picture.

Thanks!

Mainship Side Window replacement

To remove the window you need to remove the rubber/plastic track that the window rides in. Do not remove the frame or unscrew any screws - take out the track and that will give you the 1/2 inch clearance you need to remove the glass.
