Kevin, I've boated in Prince William Sound and it was good to again look at the beautiful scenery.

Fair winds, calm seas and blue skies.

Sounds like a hairy chested adventure :thumb:

How times have changed. When we paddled off the beach (1992) nobody heard from us again for two months.

Looks like a beautiful area to cruise. Good luck on the cruise.

Thanks guys!

I am in Cordova right now, and have spent the day hiking around the town.

This evening I got to see close up and talk to two people that live on “house barges” in the harbor.

Having a Great time, and will update the blog with more photos in the morning!

Kevin, Anxious to follow your next trip to Kodiak island.

Very cool! Or, cold I guess?

100 reasons not to....

I find I can come up with 100 reasons not to do something.
Good job finding the reason to try it!
I am thinking about some solo runs, as well, and enjoyed your blog.
Keep it up!

Thanks!!!

Since coming back, I’ve been working hard, and am going back “home” later this week.

I was going to go to Kodiak starting next weekend, but the nice folks at the harbormasters office advised me to wait a couple of weeks as the harbor is pretty full and I would end up rafting off another boat.

The intention is to head out on about the 18th of june.
