O.K. Do the little green DC indicator lights on the electrical panel ever go bad? I turned my fridge on and the little green "on" light didn't go on. The fridge is working fine.

The panel indicator lights do fail
What brand panel is it?

My Paneltronics panel had a PC board with LED's that mounted behind holes in the panel. Nearly all the AC LED's failed, I replaced them all with Blue Sea LED indicators that happened to perfectly fit the holes after the old lenses were popped out. They were a bit tedious to wire, but they work, and now ALL my panel indicator lamps are functional.

So, yes absolutely those little pilot lamps are susceptible to failure.
