I just received an email from the USCoE/Jacksonville requesting public input (by mail, email or a series of meetings) into a new Operating Manual for the lake. This is part of a required EPA assessment and will direct future operation. Given recent press from the green algae and a large range of interest groups it may be wise to provide input from the trawler community.
