Monara joining
Hi all,
I'm mainly joining this forum to get my 1960 Dutch built Trawler Yacht Monara up to a higher standard.
We bought her some years ago in North Fambridge, UK. She was badly in need of some TLC.
Each summer we cruise with family and friends for 6 weeks. Our plan is to start cruising around the world in 2021, hopping 1500nm maximum, due to fuel tank restrictions.
Looking into systems like adding a kite to improve our range, upgrade the electronics and electrical systems, but always bearing in mind the age and charm of Monara.
