The truck is owned by the local SIMRAD dealer who uses it for demos.

It’s actually a really good place for a simrad. Doesn’t get used much, doesn’t affect performance, by the time it’s tuned (and re tuned) your’re at yourdestination, and if it breaks he’s just going to do the same thing you will, Throw it away and buy the next model.
