if its an unscheduled visit away from your home dentist or what some call an emergency visit..
be careful they dont code the dentist participation as D0140 limited oral evaluation.
I had bad pain and called a dentist from a friends recommendation in Brunswick, Ga on my trip. That code they used is the ONLY evaluation code my insurance applies to a deductible.
