The 200 hp version IS aftercooled.
What you likely have is a T6.3544 which is known as the "range 4 "series.
It came in a 165 hp version that is NOT aftercooled, a 200 hp version that is aftercooled, and a 240 hp which is also aftercooled. (there was also a 275 hp version).
Those are the BHP or brake horsepower ratings, not "shaft hp" which is why the numbers like 207 and 185 come from.
I no longer have my serial number chart so I can't determine exactly what you have.
And yes the coolers are the problems with those Perkins engines. They are very pricey to replace, so take care of what you have.
