We hauled Miss Maui last week, fresh bottom paint, buff and wax, assorted minor maintenance issues addressed. Back in the water tomorrow ready for winter cruising. At Point No Point at Labor Day I counted 40 boats in eyesight. From October to April we'll hit the same spot and see no one else. Winter cruising in the PNW is wonderful.

So far, so good for my Fall boating! October has been dry and mild in Boston. Today was 75 and tmmrow is 70!! Woohoo!

Wifey B: Yesterday we talked the rental people into renting us a boat for a few hours on the lake in NC. Today not on the water but beautiful upper 70's here in Charlotte this weekend.
