a late comer to this forum.

Sitting in a hotel room in FL, too keyed up to sleep.

Under contract on a boat that I think we love. Survey is tomorrow.

Will see how it shakes out - so want to be on the water again.

Very measured - not done till it checks out and closed.

just my thoughts at the early morning hour.
