Found this at Walmart. Connect to your hose it has a squeeze on/ off valve, extension adjustment, you can angle the spray head up to 90 degrees and the head has eight different spray patterns. Could never rinse my port side after each cruise day. Only the dock side. This little baby makes it easy.

Is one of those patterns a small, strong stream of water? I have been looking foe something like that to stick down into my holding take to rinse it. With a head that you could adjust the angle it would be perfect.

If you don't thonk this would work, check RV stores/sites...they have cleaning tools fot holding tanks, and I believe the head spins around on some.
