Hi All,
Finally got my boat to Seattle and now am starting to look at some cosmetic improvements and hoping this group has some good recommendations of good folks to work with.

I am looking for someone to do some interior teak work (specifically removing some cabinets and then new counter tops in the galley).

Someone to install a diesel heater (dickenson type) in the main salon.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thank you
Arthur

If you want to go a few miles to Port Townsend, these guys: Haven Boatworks, LLC
do all manner of wood boat work. Pics on their site.
There are others there, too, including a shipwrights co-op. Port Townsend is a Mecca for wood.

A friend has a lot of interior work done by canal boatworks in Ballard, just at the foot of the Ballard bridge. For a heater install, I would talk to Emerald Harbor Marine in Elliot Bay. If you want for of a turn key arrangement, consider Pacific Yacht Management or S3 Maritime, both located at Salmon Bay Marine Center on the Magnolia side of the canal across from Ballard.
