So, we didn't make Lookout or Ocracoke.* Many factors held us back from wandering too far from home.* Both weather and technical difficulties were questionable enough to stay close.* We did get some great experience navigating from the lower helm in blinding rain....no pics of that though...too busy trying to not fall off the boat.

Very nice...looks like a great time on the water. Love the pooch shot. Too bad that blowboat got in the way of your nice sunset shot. ;-)
 
Thanks!* We were at anchor with four blowboats and another trawler that evening.** When we got to 11 people we reconvened on Skinny Dippin's deck for frosty beverages.

Tivo(first dog)*hijacked my blog and made his own entry about the week!

So you are related to GonzoF1 or is there another "Skinny Dippin'" on here??? Happy Birthday BTW!!! I am about 2 weeks older than you! As I get older and fatter, I don't skinny dip.....I "chucky dunk"!!!!

Actually, she doesn't like the term at all... She is the First Mate.

I missed that the question was to Bess and not to me asking if I was GonzoF1 at another board. I forgot that was my screen name here. My bad.

Bess and I are husband and wife on Skinny Dippin' (Hope that clears it up)
 
Thanks for the Birthday wishes!* I do prefer Mate over Admiral.**She is half mine and I'm at the helm about half the time too.*I am navigator, handle the lines and anchor duty.* First Mate is a title I have earned...and adore.* :)*
