Looking for small unit to carry in the dink.* Any recommendations?

I buy the cheapest hand held ones I can find, 59 bucks.* If your going to buy an expensive one, make sure it floats.*

So how is the new dink?* Have you been up the river or out in the sound yet?* Thursday nights they have music so now you can dink over rather than walk.* If you want to dock you can dock behind the Eagle as we have 140 ft behind us.* You might be able to tie on the inside of the transient dock that is where I tie for the Farmers Market on Sundays.* *I am to lazy to walk the 200 yards, besides it cooler looking with the dink.*

Hey Phil, yes had it out last weekend for a run over to Whidbey Island. We're headed out tomorrow for the 'Juans for a week and plan to get it well broken in. I will have to check out the concerrts, sounds like fun.

If it is for the dink get one that floats.

I have an Icom. Love it.

Speaking of floating.

I need a boat hook.*A fillet knife, binoculars, fish gaff.

All things I have permanently stored on the bottom.

The Admiral got a Cobra MRH 330 FLOAT handheld. It came from Cabellas. Lithium ion battery, very light weight. Floats, has an orange panel for visibility, and a burp feature to clear water away from the speaker.

We have only tried it for a radio check,* but seems like a very nice radio.
