34 2000 Mainship pilot stern thruster?

2000 Mainship Pilot 34
Hi, Has anyone installed the SideShift ST 340 stern thruster on their pilot? With the boats tunnel in the mid of the transom I can't see how to not block the tunnel to get the 8" blades at least 5" under the surface like the instructions advise??? I really need a stern thruster and this one looks well engineered.
Anybody? Thanks.

No need to center - here's the SidePower sternthruster on our MS 34HT

Side Shift thruster are different.........

And I may have to go to you brand. Thanks fir the reply. Anyone have a SideShift on a 34 Pilot?
As you can see if I move this unit to the side of the tunnel one of the propellers would be in the flow when running. Not good.

Why not just move the sideshift off center? ? Same priciple
