Hi,

Quite an experienced sailor, though mostly in the Med, Scotland and Australia sailing everything from Dinghies to Commercial fishing Vessels.

About to start a new adventure in the states, so thought I should join to experience and contribute the sage advice to be found on the boards in this place.

Your anchor is too small, it's the wrong kind, and you don't have enough chain.
